Hi there, I’m Amanda! I’m a mom to Ellie and Gracie, wife to Sean, and favorite human (yes, Sean knows) to our dog Nugget. I love peanut butter M&M’s and, quite frankly, people!

Connecting others truly fuels me. I’ve learned that most people need another person in their lives to keep moving forward which is why I chose to create my own community at The Hatchery that aims to support entrepreneurs and their growing families.

I am a networking junkie and love a good business and personal development book. What fulfills me is helping people. I’m an open book and my goal is to share my experiences to help people learn things faster.

In the past five years, I have developed, grown, and closed down The Hatchery - a coworking space and business resource center. With a background in Real Estate and networking marketing, I’ve learned how to hear no and be okay with it and how to market yourself.

Starting and building a business is no easy task. I don’t feel like anyone should do it alone. Coming alongside people, meeting them where they are, and offering some tough love advice is my passion.

I’ve earned 20 Under 40, Entrepreneur of the Year, and Top Emerging Professional. These are all wonderful and I am so grateful to have them hanging on my wall. But, the lessons I have learned to earn those is what I want to share!
