Inside The Mind Of An Effective Leader | Taught by Phil Shearrer, Insight Architect at R3Design Group
When you think of leadership, many images come to mind; a general on a white horse giving orders, a savvy politician outspoken and confident, an entrepreneur pushing the boundaries of science.
In the real world those models don't always work.
Join Phil for a look into the mindset of leaders. Learn how leaders think: What they prioritize, what grabs their attention, how they inspire themselves and others.
In this short session, you will sample some of the tools and best practices commonly used by leaders at all levels.
