It’s workshop time, friends!
During this time we’re going to do a quick reflection of Quarter 1 - what worked well, what didn’t get accomplished, and what do you not want to bring forward.
Then it’s time to spend time mapping out what you want for Q2 and Q3.
- Do you have a big project you want to complete? Let’s break it down into small steps
- Do you have a sales goal you’re wanting to make? Let’s see where you are and what you still need.
We’ll spend about 20 minutes upfront and then use the rest of the time to execute your plan, brainstorm, etc.
