The Values Underneath Our Identities | Taught by Sunitha Bosecker | Founder, Sunitha Lea

Values, identities, and fears.

All three are an integral part of our individual and collective experiences. Are your values or fears playing a role in how you navigate difficult conversations or how you address conflict? More importantly, are you aware of your values and fears?

For instance, are you afraid of saying the wrong thing? Are you afraid of being rejected? Do you value being a good person?

In this class, Sunitha intends to cultivate a safe space to explore our individual deeply instilled values that have shaped our culture, community, and lives. How do we redefine our values in a way that creates healthier outcomes for ourselves, in conversations, and for our communities?

In order to help demonstrate values and fears during the presentation, we will need participation throughout the session!
