The Power of In-Person Events

If you’ve been here for a bit you know I will shout about in-person events from the rooftops.

It’s really easy to sit behind our computers in our home offices of local coffee shops and do online marketing. No doubt you can build a business that way.

But….

The energy from being in a room with like minded people hungry for growth…

The opportunity to meet someone or learn something that can legit change the trajectory of your business…

Hearing thoughts and perspectives from people not from your area…

It hits different.

I’ve shared blogs about all the different networking events available, but today it’s about the return of Main Street Summit!

Last year this even brought people in from all over the world. Yes, you read that right! They came to COMO

This year it’s back and the line up of speakers is once again incredible (both from out of town and local!), the app is top notch, and they added is a new ticket level (I see you solopreneurs)!

I know a lot of you (and me) would be considered a micro buiness and therefore may think this being advertised towards Small and Medium Businesses wouldn’t be for you.

BUT I challenge you to think about the three points I talked about earlier and what those could do for you and your business.

I love our town, but hearing from business owners outside of our area is an opportunity in itself. It helps us think outside our local customer base and/or outside of our potential small thinking.
