What's The ONE Book I Recommend For Business?

"It is books that are the key to the wide world; if you can’t do anything else, read all that you can" —Jane Hamilton **

This quote gives me all the feels!

To me reading can:
⭐️ give you confidence
⭐️ reduce stress
⭐️ increase knowledge
⭐️ confirm what you already know
⭐️ relate to someone going through something similar to not feel alone
⭐️ learn about others different than you
⭐️ help you become an expert
⭐️ take you to a magical place
⭐️ fast forward your career
⭐️ increase creativity
⭐️ so.much.more!

When someone asks me what's the ONE book I recommend for business, it's so hard because it depends on where they are in their business journey and what they enjoy learning about.

This stack is full of some of my favorites and a couple I haven't gotten to yet.

My Recommendation:

It’s a tie between All In Start-Up by Diana Kander and The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber!

I recommend reading All In Startup first and then The E-Myth Revisited.

All In Startup is going to teach you about market research which is finding the true migraine problem you’re solving for your customer so that you can make sure you’re creating a product/service that is actually needed. And even if you’re already in business it helps you continue to do market research to grow!

The E-Myth has two big takeaways which are learning about the three main hats a business owner wear and how to manage them and the importance of building processes within your businesses.

When I started with a network marketing company the founder encouraged us to read 10 pages a day. If you don't feel you have time try that...10 pages.

And because technology is so amazing I have a list on Audible and Hoopla as well - when I'm on the go I turn on a book and listen. I have realized I don't get as much out of audio as my mind starts to drift to other things and I'll have to rewind it a couple of times!

What is a book you've read that sticks out in your mind or that you refer to others?!
