Your Free Personal Assistant Just Got An Upgrade!

Did you know there’s an assistant out there that helps you schedule your meetings and send meeting reminders - and they’re free?!

Yup.

Meet my bestie, Calendly!

Okay, so she’s not a real-life person, but she does schedule my meetings, send reminders, and doesn’t call in sick.

And if you’ve been with me for a bit, you’ve heard me sing her praises before….but….she’s had an upgrade that I just have to tell you about!

!! Calendly Chrome Extension !!

That sounds really fancy, but it’s not because ya girl figured it out all by myself.

I love this so much I’m breaking it down for you so that you can have your very own assistant. If you already have an account, skip to #3. If you don’t, start at #1.

1st: if you’re not using Calendly, stop what you’re doing and go create an account (there’s a free option and paid options. I use premium so that I can have multiple scheduling links)

(for real, I’ll wait)

2nd: set up your schedule for meeting times

3rd: log into your account and towards the top right click Integrations

4th: click Calendly for Chrome and follow the instructions it gives you (honest - I don’t know how this works if you don’t use chrome #sorry)

5th: you can now easily access your meeting links from any chrome browser AND from your Gmail account!

Below you can see how easy it is to insert one-off meeting times and insert meeting links…mmmagical.

It sounds silly, but I promise it will save you so much time and help you keep those boundaries when it comes to scheduling meetings :)

Have you installed this feature yet?
