Behind The Scenes Of Setting Up My Fall Schedule

It’s back to school week, and I’m not going to lie…

It’s a little soak up every last minute of the chaos and free evenings and also a sense of relief not managing what feels like 23 daily transitions

I was able to go back into Calendly and create a semi-consistent work schedule that offered more than 3 meeting times for the whole week, and it felt really good.

Something I’ve been thinking through and haven’t fully solidified is how I’m going to set up my weekly schedule. As a recovering overdoer, I’m trying to be mindful and intentional while also being of service and making some money!

Taking you behind the scenes into the notes, I started to see how I’ll lay out my week:

Fall Schedule

Goals:
- Fill my cup with what’s needed every single day
- Work will be finished before picking up the kids
- Choose joy and fun
- Make a shit ton of money

Admin Day

Adjust schedule
- Finances
- Meet with VA
- Prep emails
- Work through systems
- HB templates

Get 1 thing done at home per week:
-
Weed
- Clean (hire out?)
- Grocery store (or keep on Sunday)
- Meal prep (or keep on Sunday)
- Organize:
- Jewelry in closet
- Add new bins in the pantry
- Gracies kitchen drawer
- Toys
- Errands
- Appointments
- Nug
- Chiropractic
- Gruender

Coffee/walk with a friend every week

Meetings
- No more than 2 - 3
- Time to send follow-ups right after

Personal Development
- Reading
- Watching a training video
- Coaching
- Do nothing

So, my schedule isn’t ready yet, but I feel this is a good start, and It’s now time to go get Gracie from her first day of pre-school, so here we are!
